Indians and Michigan Hockey Academy tie 3-3

In a physical battle in the Sunday rematch at Pullar Stadium the teams played to a 3 all tie. Michigan Hockey Academy opened the scoring again and lead briefly until Cole Lussier scored from Andrew Barbeau and Seiya Hayata on a power play. Brenden MacLaren gave the Indians their first lead of the game on some nice passing from Ashton Calder and Landon Hubbard at the 8:55 mark of the second period. Frankie Pucci open the lead two minutes later on power play goal assisted by Lussier and Casey Gilling, however Michigan pulled within one later in the period and the teams went to the dressing room with the Indians up 3-2. In the third the Michigan Hockey academy tied the game at the 2:52 mark of the period and after that neither team could get the winning goal. Brandon Gordon took the tie in net for the Indians.

The Indians will be off this upcoming weekend and return to action on February 8 and 9 when they take on the Detriot Falcons at 5pm and 10am at the Pullar Stadium.
