Indians win the bronze metal championship game with a 2-1 overtime victory over the Lansing Capitals

Lansing jumped out to 1 goal lead at the 5:31 mark of the first period. At the the 3:02 mark of the second period Ethan St.Germain took a nice pass from Casey Gilling and put it past the Lansing goalie to tie the game at 1. The teams played even throughout the remainder of the game and it went to overtime.

At the 2:48 mark of the first overtime period Trevor Jestadt worked to keep the puck inside blue line and fed in to Casey Gilling. Gilling put the shot on the Lansing Goalie and followed for rebound putting it under the goalie to ice the win.

The Indians next action will be against the Thunder Bay Kings home at 7:00 Friday at the Big Bear Arena and Saturday at 2pm at the Big Bear Arena. The finally game will played at 10am Sunday morning at the Pullar.


Indians advance to the bronze metal championship Game with a win over the West Michigan Hounds 4-1 

The Indians came out flying scoring 3 goals in the period. The scoring was started 7 seconds into the game by Kyle Yates from Cole Lussier. The second goal was scored by Trevor Jestadt assisted by Cole Lussier. Lussier scored the third goal from Pucci and Nolan, West Michigan scored at the 1:48 on the second period. The teams played even until TJ Zajac scored an open net goal to seal the game. Brandon Gordon was in net for the win.

The Indians will play the Lansing Capitals, 3:15 @ Compuware Arena


The Indians advance on a 5-2 win over the Michigan Northstars

The Indians jumped out to 1-0 lead on a goal by Frankie Pucci from Andrew Barbeau. The Northstars tied it up at the 9:55 mark of the second period. The Indians scored 3 more goals in the second period, Brian stack from Mike Miller, Andrew Barbeau from Seiya hayata, and Landon Hubbard from Casey Gilling. In the the third Frankie Pucci scored from Cade Nolan and Cole Lussier to round out the scoring. Collin Walsh was in net for the win.

The Indians play at 845 against the West Michigan Hounds.


Indians lose against the Oakland Grizzilies 6-1

The Indians came out strong against the Grizzlies battling through two period down 3-1 on a goal from Trevor Jestadt assisted by Seiya Hayata and Frankie Pucci. In the third period the Indians ran into penalties and gave up 3 power play goals to fall 6-1.

The Indians face off against the Michigan Northstars at 9.


Indians fall to the Chicago Mission 6-1

The Indians battled hard against the Chicago Mission. The Mission jumped out 1-0 lead at the 11:42 mark of the first period but Ethan St.Germain tied the game on an unassisted goal. The second period saw the mission score 4 unanswered goals. The third period the teams played even until the Mission scored on a power play at the 3:19 mark.

Indians face off against the Oakland Grizzlies at 1:30 tomorrow.
